Good Wine. Time Well Spent.
“From the start, our goal has been simple: make it easy, memorable, and worth savoring, whether it’s a tasting, an event, or a quiet moment to unwind.”
— Rich & Dana Woolley, Owners, Weathered Vineyards
Where It All Began
Weathered Vineyards was established in 2013 by Rich and Dana Woolley. Inspired by years spent living near some of America’s most respected grape-growing regions—from the Finger Lakes in New York to California, and many places in between—the vineyard reflects a deep appreciation for both place and process.
What started small has grown into a community where guests feel at home the moment they arrive.
We hope to see you soon.

The WX|VY Mark
A modern expression of Weathered, inspired by the vineyard and the weather that shapes every vintage.
WX|VY is our winery mark. The WX is the meteorological shorthand for weather, a nod to founder Rich Woolley’s career as a meteorologist and the natural forces that shape every vintage, while VY represents vineyard. Together, WX|VY = Weathered Vineyards.

How We Think About the Place We Call Home
The land, climate, and community that shape every bottle we share.

Why Eastern Pennsylvania?
Lehigh County’s mix of warm summers, varied seasons, and clay-and-loam soils rich in ancient shale creates ideal conditions for growing expressive, high-quality grapes. Set near the mountains, the region shares traits with renowned wine-growing areas like Bordeaux, France.

Sustainability & Integrity
We are dedicated to responsible sourcing, intentional winemaking, and decisions that respect both the land and our community.

Supporting Local Growers
We proudly collaborate with Pennsylvania growers who share our values. Their dedication helps us craft expressive, balanced wines that reflect where we live.
